April the 20th 2026: And a delightful sea of Bluebells.

April the 20th 2026. A seemingly normal Spring Day, one which felt "more akin to Spring, than Spring of 2025 did." And a visit to Watnall Woods, for this time around though whilst there might not be within the video footage any wildlife or bird life, there is a short video showcasing the beautiful and delightful Bluebell Carpet of Watnall Woods, taken on Monday the 20th of April 2026, not only were the Bluebells looking truly delightful, but the sound of accompnying Birdsong was also magical to hear. And again whilst there was no birdlife captured, there was via the Merlin App:  https://merlin.allaboutbirds.org/download/ the sounds of the following birds which were heard/Seen,

  1. Nuthatch.
  2. Ring Necked Pheasant.
  3. Great Spotted Woodpecker.
  4. Wren.
  5. Robin.
  6. Jackdaw.
  7. Coal Tit.
  8. Great Tit.
And of course below is the video footage of the delightful sea of Bluebells.
